Project description: Rich Kramer Project Manager Lowell Thomas said the project includes a 42,500-square-foot manufacturing addition and a 6,000-square-foot office expansion. With a 43-foot ceiling, the manufacturing plant will house multiple 15-ton and 5-ton operating cranes for the stainless steel manufacturer, insulated steel piping for steam lines, argon gas piping and compressed air lines. In December, Stainless Technology announced plans to add up to 75,000 square feet and hire as many as 88 new employees. Thomas said the project is being funded by owner-operating capital.
