Project description: Morelock-Ross Builders project manager David Ross said the job comprises an interior remodel for SRC Holding’s roughly 11,000-square-foot corporate offices along with the addition of a 6,000-square-foot conference center for corporate meetings and events. SRC Holdings CEO Jack Stack said the renovation and expansion is part of the company’s 10-year plan to invest $40 million into its operations. The company began occupying its South Union Avenue headquarters in December, after moving from a smaller leased building on East Division that had been its corporate home for about 15 years.
