Andy Ross, project manager with Morelock-Ross Builders, said another 12,000 square feet of tenant space is available, as well as the area west of Burlington for future buildings. Co-developer Tom Rankin has said two national shoe stores were negotiating for space. BioLife Plasma Services was the first project at the development, when it opened its office last year. Ross declined to disclose the tenant infill cost, but developers have estimated $78.5 million in total build-out.
