Project description: The three-phase project will bring 120 living units to Nixa by August 2007. The units range from 780 square feet to 1,200 square feet with four to 10 units per building. The complex includes a clubhouse, exercise room and pool. The owners want to sell the units for $78,000 to $128,000, but they will lease some of them for $550 to $900 per month, according to John Chandler, owner of PSC Energy Services Inc. and co-owner of CSH LLC. Construction on Phase II is slated to finish in November, while groundwork has begun on Phase III.
