Project description: Rich Kramer Construction Project Manager Lowell Thomas said the Spokane First Baptist Church is building a new activity center to accommodate the youth who attend the rural church. Thomas said the facility features a basketball court, stage, full-service kitchen, classrooms and restrooms.
