Project description: A 10-unit apartment complex taking shape near Missouri State University is designed with eight studios and two single-bedroom apartments with on-site parking near the corner of South Avenue and Grand Street, said Beau Mooneyham, co-owner of general contractor HD Build.
Owner and developer Gary Fenton of Fenton Property Management said he’s targeting student renters. Fenton also owns Emerald Villas, a 55-plus retirement community near U.S. Highway 65 and Sunshine Street.
A franchise store of a Branson West-based quilting business made its Queen City debut; Grateful Vase launched in Lebanon; and Branson entertainment venue The Social Birdy had its grand opening.
