Project description: Sky Dragon Restaurant has operated for nine years from 2,500 square feet of leased space in a strip center at 319 S. Main St. in Rogersville. Owner Bin Quan is moving the restaurant to a larger building that he will own. Sky Dragon Restaurant will continue to offer a buffet, and the new location will have seating for 150 people and a drive-through window, according to James Williams, project manager with Williams Construction.
