Project description: A new Signal Food Store, featuring fueling stations, food service and convenience item retail, is being built on East Highway 14 in Ozark as Scrivener Oil Co.’s 13th station. Scrivener Oil Co. was established in 1984 by Richard Scrivener after he started his oil industry career at Standard Oil in Chicago. The first Signal Food Store opened in Ava and has grown to include locations in Springfield, Nixa and beyond. This is the second Signal store in Ozark; the first is located at 1690 W. Missouri Highway J.
