Project description: The 6,674-square-foot convenience store is a new prototype for Signal, said project architect Alan Bates, adding that it’s about twice the size of a typical convenience store. About 1,500 square feet is designated for Quizno’s and Hank’s Chicken, Fish and More, and the restaurants will share seating. Outside, there will be 16 fueling stations for cars and six for tractor-trailers. The building’s exterior is contemporarily designed with a creative use of signage, glass and truss work, Bates said.
