Project description: With proximity to Sunshine Street and U.S. Highway 65, Raga Properties and Baron Design principal Rita Baron said the shopping center was designed with retail and restaurant clients in mind. Three undisclosed tenants have signed on, and she said there is space available for up to three more. She said the structure features a steel frame and a stone, wood and glass facade.
