Project description: The Mansion Entertainment and Media Center owner Gene Bicknell is building an 80-foot tower on the front lawn of the theater, formerly Wayne Newton's. Called the Shrine of the Holy Spirit, the tower holds a sphere 12 feet in diameter and a 10-foot cross, according to Project Manager Jennifer Baker of Larry Snyder & Co. The plaza area below will house an open-air pavilion, gift shop and chapel with custom stained-glass windows, Baker said.
