Project description: Brandin Melton, senior pastor at SFN Church, said the first phase of expansion is designed for a children’s ministry, day care and preschool. The second phase, expected to be complete in April, comprises renovations of the church building. Melton said Bill Ice, a member of the congregation and owner of Lael Stucco Supply Inc. in Nixa, is serving as general contractor to help keep construction and design costs down. The addition will bring the total size of the church to roughly 23,000 square feet.
