Project description: Rich Kramer, president of Rich Kramer Construction and principal in Maple Properties LLC, said his construction firm is building a new distribution facility for SCP Distributors LLC, which operates as South Central Pool Supply. The Covington, La.-based company is a wholesale distributor of swimming pool supplies and equipment with 150 locations nationwide, according to SCPPool.com. It has signed a long-term lease with Maple Properties to consolidate supplies into one facility, Kramer said. South Central Pool, he said, has been operating out of three buildings in close proximity to its 3135 S. Scenic Ave. operations center.
