Project description: The 12,000-square-foot home base of Safari Off-Road Inc., which specializes in custom-fitting vehicles for off-road and recreational uses, will replace a 9,000-square-foot building that was lost to an explosion in February 2008. Owner Shane Ballard said the interior will include aesthetic elements such as brick, stone and antique timbers. On the first floor, a showroom will feature vaulted ceilings, and the second-story will offer a small office space.
