Project description: Roma of Springfield is adding temperature-controlled warehouse space and 13 loading docks to its 80,000-square-foot food-distribution center, according to Primus Design Services project manager Jason Albertson. Roma of Springfield recorded a roughly $30 million jump in revenue between 2007 and 2010. Company officials plan to spend $5.2 million in capital improvements and add 50 jobs within five years, qualifying it for more than $800,000 in state tax incentives.
