Project description: While Rich Kramer Construction is busy building structures for other businesses, the company also is expanding its own operations. Rich Kramer Construction is moving into a new three-building, three-acre complex with a 3,900-square-foot office facility, a 4,000-square-foot carpentry shop and a 8,800-square-foot steel shop. Owner Rich Kramer said the new office building will house a staff of 10 and will feature a large conference room, break room with kitchenette and an estimating area. It also will have a 740-square-foot canopy area in back for outdoor employee lunches. The company is vacating its present 12,000-square-foot facility. It is for sale or lease, Kramer said.
