Project description: This 15,000-square-foot warehouse office building is under construction next door to Rhomar Industries' headquarters. The company sells products for public works and transportation maintenance departments. Examples include vehicle washes, degreasers, de-icers, graffiti removers and rust protection. Chief Financial Officer Chris Slayden said Rhomar Industries' water management division will occupy 10,000 square feet, the vast majority of which will be used as warehouse space.
