Description: Moreno Group Commercial Realty is bringing to market a building its commercial real estate adviser, Tyler Ray, describes as a freestanding Class A retail center. The building is ready for tenant infill. “This was a very exciting project for Moreno Group Commercial Realty to be a part of given all the new development and redevelopment taking place along the entire East Sunshine corridor,” Ray said. He added the company is now in negotiations for lease space with multiple national brands, though he did not disclose company names. According to the property listing, 1,875-5,625 contiguous square feet are available at the site, which is passed by 45,000-plus vehicles per day. Lease rates are $22 per square foot per year, and the lease term is negotiable, he said.
