Project description: A new 2,000-square-foot Guaranty Bank will anchor this Republic Road retail center. The remaining two thirds of the all-brick structure will house a variety of retail tenants, according to Howard Bailey of Bailey Co. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect for the bank, with H Design acting as architect for the rest of the facility. Ken and Teresa Schwab of Wilhoit Properties are the leasing agents for the property, which will be leased for $13.50 to $15 per square foot, triple net.
