Project description: Co-owner Jeff White said the facility would support four small manufacturing and distribution companies that operate under the RTA Home and Office Inc. umbrella. White runs Connection to China LLC, a design and wholesale furniture business under RTA, along with Tier One Designs LLC and Design to Fit LLC. The warehouse would replace a 3,900-square-foot building RTA was renting in Republic, he said.
