Description of project: Reliable Lexus will undergo a complete renovation and expansion to update the facility to meet the current design standards for Lexus dealerships. The expansion and renovation will almost double the facility's size, providing a new customer lounge area with amenities for customer comfort, and the convenience of "portable office" technology; new sales areas reflecting an open approach to sales; and new business offices and employee areas.
