Project description: Colorado-based Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. has six restaurants in Missouri, all in either the Kansas City or St. Louis areas. Now the company is landing in Springfield with a location that will sit adjacent to a new stand-alone Chick-fil-A restaurant, according to listing agent Mike Mellinger.
