Project description: A 5,000-square-foot metal warehouse with a brick façade will connect to an 80-year-old renovated 1,310-square-foot brick office/retail building. Diversity Commercial Investments LLC will either lease or sell the property, according to co-owner Chris Slayden. The owners will act as their own agent and will sell the property for $375,000 or lease it for $3,200 a month, triple net, Slayden said. Diversity Commercial Investments owns 10 other Springfield properties, including seven acres in Galloway Village that Slayden said the group plans to build on this summer.
