Project description: This new development will feature retail and restaurant space as well as an outdoor patio area, according to Bill Jester, principal of both Quail Creek Development LLC and Resource Development Inc. Creative Ink is the architect and structural engineer, while Crocker is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Hood-Rich is the civil engineer. The anchor tenant is Indigo Joe’s, a sports-bar-and-grill chain based in California. About 24,000 square feet of lease space is still available, according to leasing agent Ken Schwab of Wilhoit Properties. The space is listed at $13.50 to $14.50 per square foot, triple net, Schwab said.
