Project description: PrimeSource Building Products is North Creek Business Park’s seventh tenant, according to Rankin Co.’s Tom Rankin, one of the principals of project developer NC9. PrimeSource acts as a wholesale supplier for building materials stores, supplying nails, screws and other related materials. The new warehouse will replace PrimeSource’s 1225 N. Belcrest Ave. location, according to General Manager Bob James. The facility covers two of the 12 lots in North Creek’s first phase, Rankin said. In June 2001, Rankin and business partner Charlie O’Reilly began developing the 108-acre park in the 2600 block of East Kearney. It is split into two phases. An eighth tenant is under contract, Rankin said.
