Project description: The three-story Port of Kimberling Hotel will feature 39 suites and office space for the Missouri Water Patrol and a Port of Kimberling Marina leasing office on the ground floor. The hotel, on site at the Port of Kimberling Marina & Resort, also will have a pool deck and hot tub overlooking Table Rock Lake, said Morelock-Ross project manager David Ross. According to Ryan Hamilton, general manager of Port of Kimberling, the hotel sits within a recreational area that features a campground, as well as boat and recreational vehicle rentals.
