Project description: Branco Enterprises Project Manager Sean Thouvenot said property management firm Bill Beall Co. is developing the former Sonic Drive-In property for Popeyes franchisee Smitco Eateries Inc. Arkansas-based Smitco also runs the Popeyes restaurant at 1710 S. Glenstone Ave. Thouvenot said the 60-day project is designed with wood-frame construction. Beall Co. broker Nancy Herchenroeder said Smitco signed a multiyear lease agreement for undisclosed terms.
