Project description: Rich Kramer Construction project manager Lowell Thomas said the plant addition enables manufacturing of liquid-tank trailers for over-the-road transportation. The addition provides room for two 5-ton bridge cranes – with a 60-foot span – to support tank construction, Thomas said. Construction includes 800-amp busways, which are conduits for the distribution of electricity, compressed air, argon gas and water lines for the manufacturing process, he said.
