Project description: Build LLC project manager Jon McBride said the fraternity house would serve student members of the organization from Missouri State University, where a chapter started in 1985. Designed similarly to other area frat houses, McBride said the building includes 16 living quarters, a basement, library, study room and a room for chapter meetings. The fraternity’s former house was demolished at the start of the year, and a capital campaign has raised $1 million toward construction, according to chapter adviser James Brandenburg.
