Project description: This new structure will be Peoples Bank of the Ozarks_ main banking facility in Nixa. It will consolidate the retail banking services now offered at 201 and 204 Village Center, and will house the bank_s administrative offices. The facility includes a five-lane drive-through with an ATM lane, lobby, teller station and bank vault. Peoples Bank built another Nixa branch earlier this year at 1564 N. Main St. The bank also has locations in Rogersville, Fordland, Springfield, Clever and Forsyth.
