Project description: The 3,400-square-foot building will be the 12th location for Nixa-based Peoples Bank of the Ozarks. The site was formerly a Pizza Hut restaurant and was chosen for its central location and proximity to the bank's existing customer base, said Robin Rees, assistant vice president of marketing for Peoples Bank. The building will feature a brick exterior with stone accents similar to the bank's other satellite locations and will offer drive-through banking, said Ladonna Fey, project manager at Morelock-Ross Builders.
