Project description: Penske Truck Leasing Co. has been leasing a facility on three acres at 2461 N. Neergard Ave. for about 10 years. The company is building a facility on six acres it owns across the street to house and service its 450 trucks, according to branch manager Todd Randell. Privately held Reading, Pa.-based Penske Truck Leasing leases more than 200,000 vehicles at more than 1,000 locations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Randell expects this expansion to increase the availability of trucks locally. The new facility will include a fuel island, three service bays and a full-service truck wash.
