Project description: Franchisee Sok O is building a Party City megastore with plans to move from nearby leased space at 2840 S. Campbell Ave. The lease agreement with Old Town Center LLC expires in July. He said the new store design allows for additional party accessories and holiday-themed products. The previously vacant Campbell Avenue property was last occupied by used car lots Sunset Auto Sales and Auto Maxx. O’s franchise company, Y and S Party, is one of 900 franchise and corporate stores for Elmsford, N.Y.-based Party City Holdco Inc. (Nasdaq: PRTY).
