Project description: A mix of 60 studios and one-bedroom units will make up Park57 Lofts, a three-story apartment building now rising at the intersection of Anabranch Boulevard and Battlefield Road in southwest Springfield, according to Brandi Bailey, vice president of strategic development and marketing for Snyder Construction Group. The Park57 website describes a “natural and sleek design” with amenities to include a secure access building with keyless apartment entry. For fitness-conscious tenants, a workout center and close access to the South Creek Greenway Trail are highlighted. Furnished options are available, and pets are welcome, officials say. A waiting list is posted on the site, with pre-leasing to begin a few months before the spring opening.
