Project description: Panera Bread franchisee Traditional Bakery Inc. plans to move its East Sunshine Street store in the Southern Hills Shopping Center, where it’s operated for 20 years. Spokeswoman Claudine Stark said the new bakery cafe a couple of blocks down the road would provide guests with rapid pickup, delivery and a drive-thru. The franchisee also is installing advanced technological capabilities for digital ordering, payment and cafe operations.
