Project description: Rent will range from $495 to $1,180 for this three-building, 83-unit apartment complex in southwest Springfield. TLC Properties LLC will manage the property for owners Darrell Smith, Dan Coryell and Dave Coryell of Palm Village LLC.

Dan Coryell said the complex uses extensive stucco and has a “Floridian look.” Palm Village will offer occupancy beginning in July.
