Project description: The first of five buildings is under construction at Palace View Heights Resort east of Highway 165 in Branson and about a mile south of 76 Country Boulevard. Spinnaker Resorts also operates the nearby Palace View Resort, a time-share and rental community of 10 buildings, according to Architect Allen Johnson of Branson-based General Design. Johnson said the new phase features a pool, spa, workout facility and playground. Of the 24 units in the first building, eight are one-bedroom and the rest are two-bedroom floor plans, he said.
