Project description: Brian Kubik, president of project architect Buxton Kubik Dodd Creative, said the three-unit Paige Reese Plaza has two tenants on board. Ann’s Performing Arts Centre is moving into 6,075 square feet from its 1440 E. Lark St. studio, and Harrison, Ark.-based Neighbor’s Mill Bakery & Cafe plans to open its second restaurant, and first in Missouri, in 5,600 square feet. The remaining 2,000 square feet is available for lease for $16.50 per square foot, triple net, from property owners Paula Cook Daugherty and Jerry Daugherty via Paige Reese LLC.
