Project description: Matt E. Miller and Miller Commerce are developing another student rental option near Missouri State University. Joining Miller’s Deep Elm, The Jefferson, The Monroe and The Q’ube, Pad Madison is two blocks from campus, and he said an MSU Bear Line shuttle will stop at the apartments. Leased by the bed, the two- or four-bedroom floor plans rent from $495 per month to $575 per month. Amenities include furnishings, washers and dryers, utilities, cable and Internet.
