Project description: OTC Director of Communications and Marketing Joel Doepker said the school’s Table Rock campus comprises the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center, a four-story facility built with a combination of bonds, gifts, grants and a “seven-figure” donation from the Robert W. Plaster Foundation. He said the nine-acre campus would open in the fall semester with one building, and it has room for future facilities. The Plaster building would house classrooms, science labs, a library and a community room, Doepker said. He said OTC would offer an Associate of Arts degree, an associate degree in teaching and an associate degree in nursing at the campus.
