Project description: OMS Group doctors Rex Witherspoon, Tom Collins Sr., Steven Quinn, Tom Collins Jr., David Gipson and George Arquitt are consolidating two offices with this new surgery center. The building will house administrative offices and surgery suites, but the main feature is the ambulatory surgery center "which could possibly be used by other surgeons," said Susan Rust, OMS administrator/office manager. Lefort Properties, organized by Gipson, Quinn and Collins Jr., owns the property and building. The doctors are on the active medical staffs at CoxHealth and St. John's.
