Project description: This multi-tenant office building will house CPA firm Dunton & Associates LLC, Wealth Management Inc., Scott Architecture Inc. and The Mutual Fund Store when complete in the spring. According to Jim Scott of Scott Architecture Inc., the two-story building will have a community break room and conference room. Scott said 6,000 square feet on the first floor is available for lease. Curt Plumpe of McLoud & Company LLC is the leasing agent. The one-acre site is designed with on-site parking for 48 cars.
