Project description: This two-story retail/office center will have as many as 12 units, with lease rates of about $13, triple net, according to Tim Flavin, owner of BB&S LLC and co-owner of Wirt-Flavin Construction Co. Inc. Space is evenly divided between the two levels, with an elevator to service customers. Mike Flavin, Tim Flavin’s brother, will serve as leasing agent through Flavin-Wirt Real Estate Co. Inc. There are no tenants yet, Tim Flavin said.
