Project description: Phase I of this four-phase apartment development was finished in November.
With about half of that phase’s 96 apartments leased, Countryland Property Management owner Sean Coatney decided to begin construction on Phase II, which will bring another four buildings and 96 apartments online.
When the $24 million project is complete, it will have 384 apartments, an activities center, pool and golf putting green. Coatney said he would begin Phase III when more than half of his Phase I and II apartments are leased. He’s also building the 340-unit Golden Pond Apartments off West Republic Road.
