Project description: Property owner J.B. Snethern is funding the construction of this office/warehouse building. Amenities include 12-foot overhead doors and a commercial storefront glass entry, Snethern said. A second similar building will be added in about six months. Half of the first building is leased to Springfield Plumbing and 3,000 square feet remain available. Rick Richardson with ReMax House of Brokers is the leasing agent. Citizens National Bank provided the financing.
