Description: This two-level retail/office project is builder/entrepreneur Kyle Reynolds' first commercial construction development. The building's upper level is divided into six bays, each approximately 1,500 square feet. The lower level is divided into three 3,000-square-foot areas. Commercial One Brokers LLC is the leasing agent for the property, which is just west of the Branson Hills Plaza, which includes Target and The Home Depot. Reynolds, who owns Mountain View Properties and Excavation & Landscaping Contractors, developed residential subdivisions Keeter Heights and Bradford Hills in Hollister, and Sunset Inn Estates in Branson. No tenants have been confirmed, said Reynolds, who also owns 417 Cleaners LLC, Buster's Video, Perfect Tan LLC and Professional Property Maintenance of Missouri LLC.Compiled by Jill Slack, contributing writer.
