Project description: This office/warehouse space, a pre-engineered metal building with a brick veneer front, is the first construction at Town Center Plaza. Leasing agent Galen Pellham of CJR Commercial Group said the building would be divided into as many as 10 bays, starting at 2,100 square feet. Ace High Heating and Air Conditioning has agreed to occupy two bays, Pellham said. Each bay has overhead door designs, and five bays are equipped with loading docks.
