Project description: This precast office building off of East Sunshine Street will include contemporary glass and stone. It is built for either a single tenant or multiple tenants, said Morelock-Ross Builders Project Manager LaDonna Fey. The building comprises 6,190 square feet on the main floor and 2,250 square feet on the upper floor, said Fey. Developer Bryan Magers is part of the Magers Enterprises LLC family that built the $7.5 million Battlefield Market Place.
