Project description: A new two-story branch for OakStar Bank is under construction in Bolivar. The building will feature drive-thru and automatic teller machine services, as well as a walk-in teller area and offices and meeting rooms for bank personnel. Additionally, for employees, there will be a workout area on the second floor and a break room with an outdoor eating area above the drive-thru canopy. According to past Springfield Business Journal reporting, OakStar Bank offers personal and business banking, mortgage and small business services, consumer and commercial lending, private banking and merchant and investment services.
