Smith plans to invest about $60,000 in renovations to it when the strip center is complete. Smith said one tenant for the strip center has signed: Affordable Splendor is a designer/decorator, and will occupy two bays. Four bays, each 1,215 square feet, remain to be leased. Rankin Company is the leasing agent. There also will be an asphalt parking lot with about 30 spaces.
